This is my preferred rotary cutter. It is 45mm. When you grasp the handle, the blade comes out and when you release, it goes back in. It can be locked in the closed position, which is great so you don't have to worry about accidentally hurting yourself or ruining your project when moving stuff around.
The blade can be switched for left-handed cutters.
It is available in yellow or in blue.
